This significant project involved the comprehensive fit-out of an existing building, featuring training rooms, meeting spaces, waiting areas, offices, and staff ancillary spaces along with a refurb of an existing 2 storey transport building and warehouse areas.

- Electrical- Containment, LV Distribution, General Services, General and Emergency Lighting, High-bay Warehouse Lighting, External Lighting, Data, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Intruder Alarm, Access Control, Mechanical / BMS Wiring
- Mechanical- Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems, Domestic Water Services, Automatic Controls Systems, Above Ground Soils + Waste Drainage System, Condensate, Air Conditioning Units, Refrigerant pipework, Pipework Expansion
