Working in a live hospital environment H&F Electrical were part of the Construction Team that were responsible for the design and construction of a new hospital extension block adjacent to and connected via a new link corridor to an existing functioning hospital. Works within the campus were completed to meet the phasing requirements. The project includes: 2 Storey Underground Basement c/w 270 car spaces:
Ground Floor Shell & Core Space
1st Floor ICU 2nd Floor HDU
3rd Floor Coronary Care
4th Floor Cardiac Department
5th Floor Plant Room
Single Storey Dialysis Extension
The electrical scope of works included the supply of 10x20KV system feeding the new Build c/w standby generators, UPS back up to critical supplies. Fitout of medical pendants to ICU, CCU & HDU rooms and the complete elecrical services installation to the building. All new electrical systems ie FA, EL, Security, Nurse call and It had to be linked back to the main Hospital campus without any disruption to the existing systems onsite.
