Project Complete | Opera Square

H&F Electrical Contractors Ltd is proud to announce the successful completion of the full electrical services installation for the Opera Square development, a landmark project at the heart of Limerick City’s urban regeneration programme.

The development comprises a six-storey Grade A office building with retail and café units at ground level, positioned above a full basement car park providing parking, plant rooms, and essential building services. Designed and constructed to meet the highest standards of energy performance, digital connectivity, and occupant wellbeing, Opera Square forms the centrepiece of the Limerick Twenty Thirty masterplan.

H&F undertook comprehensive BIM coordination throughout the design and construction stages, ensuring seamless integration of all electrical systems within the complex architectural and structural framework. The building achieved LEED Platinum certification, reflecting its world-class sustainability credentials and energy efficiency.

As part of project completion, H&F delivered full testing, commissioning, and certification, alongside the handover of an as-built Revit model, COBie asset tagging, BCAR documentation, and detailed O&M manuals.
