H&F Electrical Contractors successfully delivered the full electrical services installation for One Opera Square, a world-class Grade A commercial development forming the centrepiece of the wider Opera Square masterplan in Limerick City.
The six-storey, 12,111 m² building provides five floors of premium office accommodation designed to accommodate up to 1,000 employees, with three ground-floor retail and café units and a full basement car park providing essential city-centre parking, plant, and support services.
This €80m development, is the first completed phase within the transformative 3.7-acre Opera Square regeneration project. One Opera Square has achieved LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum, and WiredScore Platinum certification, the highest global standards for sustainability, wellbeing, and digital connectivity, and sets a new benchmark for commercial development in Ireland’s regional cities.
We undertook full BIM coordination throughout the design and construction process, collaborating closely with the design and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical services with architectural, structural, and mechanical systems.

At project completion, H&F provided a comprehensive handover package, including a fully coordinated as-built Revit model, COBie asset tagging, BCAR documentation, and detailed Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
