H&F Electrical Contractors Ltd was appointed as the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E)
contractors for the development of a new distribution centre in Cork. The project
involved delivering a comprehensive M&E fitout for various areas of the facility, ensuring functionality, energy efficiency, and compliance with the client’s requirements.
Scope of Services Provided:
- Storage Areas and Plant Rooms Complete mechanical and electrical fitout of the new ambient temperature storage area, cold room storage area, and bonded warehouse, along with ancillary plant rooms (approximately 8,500m²).
- Office and Staff Facilities Complete mechanical and electrical fitout of the new open-plan office, meeting rooms, canteen, and staff facilities (approximately 1,100m²).
- Electrical Services Installation
- Cable containment and LV distribution systems.
- General and emergency lighting systems.
- General services and fire alarm systems.
- IT infrastructure and LPS (Lightning Protection Systems).
- Security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms.
- Public Address (PA) systems.
